AMZ-Mammoth kits

I have a new distribution agreement with Mammoth Electronics to supply complete effect pedal kits for the Mosfet Booster and Mini-Booster projects. These kits include all parts and the same high quality pc boards that I offer for sale.

The introductory price of $44 is a great deal, and includes everything you need to start building. Optionally available are painted boxes and a wide selection of knobs.

Are the mods you describe on the MOSFET Booster page included in this package? I need both the enclosure and some tweaking options. Thanks!

Is there a wiring diagram for this pedal?

The documentation that came with the Mammoth kit includes a link to the support page for the project with wiring diagrams and mods.

FYI, Mammoth didn’t send a link to the support page with my Orman MOSFET kit. Am waiting to hear from them about this…also, there appear to be some changes from the original circuit at least based on the parts I received. There’s no 0.001 uF input cap, but they included a 0.0047 uF polyfilm cap (there’s only one other polyfilm cap and it is clearly the output cap). There are other parts which could be mods for the board. Everything looks to be of high quality, and the job they do painting and drilling the box was very nice.

Got the link, and I have to say, Jack’s written support for this project is fantastic. Between the quality of the parts included, the quality of the finish on the powder coat box and the documentation, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.
